Restaurant Did Not Pass Inspection

After my best friends restaurant did not pass the annual inspection, she called me in tears. She had to temporarily shut down her business until she could get the kitchen and bathroom areas scrubbed to pass inspection. I told her to contact the commercial cleaning services that my uncle uses for his restaurant. I mentioned to her that they offer a free facility analysis where they will test various parts of the restaurant for germs that are often not seen. I gave her the phone number and told her that once she gets the full report from the company, she would know where and how to improve the sanitary conditions of her business.
