Eating garlic is healthy and a convenient as well as easy way to include it in your food is by using garlic juice. There is no need to cut and mince the raw garlic to squeeze out the juice. Bottled concentrated garlic juice is very aromatic and intense in garlic flavor. Spray onto cooked food or your favorite salad dish and taste the great difference in flavor. Besides you get the health benefits of the garlic as well. Added at the end of the cooking, the nutrients are not destroyed. If added during cooking, then the high heat would have destroyed some of the nutrients and enzymes, which are sensitive to heat.
